How Many Pages Should a Fresher Resume Be?

Most fresher resumes should be one page. The goal is not to include everything you have ever done. The goal is to make the strongest proof easy to scan.

One page is usually enough

Freshers usually have education, skills, two or three projects and maybe one internship. That can fit on one page with concise writing.

A one-page resume also forces you to remove weak or unrelated details.

When a second page may be okay

A second page may be acceptable if you have multiple relevant internships, research publications, strong certifications or extensive project work.

Even then, the first page should contain the most important evidence.

What to remove first

Remove long objectives, unrelated school achievements, repeated coursework, hobbies that do not support the role and large empty spacing.

Keep the layout clean, but do not let decoration push useful content to another page.

Quick checklist

Aim for one page.
Put strongest proof first.
Remove generic objective text.
Keep spacing compact and readable.
