Using Vinverses
These terms apply to Vinverses and its products, including Vinverses Money and Vinverses Resume. By using a product, you agree to these terms and any clearly displayed product-specific terms.
Educational tools, not professional advice
Financial content, rates, calculators and strategy explanations are educational reference material, not investment, tax, legal or accounting advice. Resume guidance is general and does not guarantee an interview, job offer or compatibility with every applicant tracking system.
Your information and content
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you enter. You retain ownership of your resume content and files. You must have the right to process any file you use with Vinverse. Browser-based file tools do not transfer ownership or grant Vinverse rights to retain those files.
File tools and data loss
Vinverse Tools is provided as-is. You should keep an original copy before processing a file. Output quality and compatibility can vary by browser and source file, and Vinverse cannot guarantee against accidental data loss. Current limits and supported formats may change as the service develops.
Market data and calculations
Market and precious-metal data may be delayed, incomplete or differ from a retailer, exchange or data provider. Calculators use the assumptions shown in the interface and may exclude taxes, fees, making charges or personal circumstances. Verify important decisions with an appropriate qualified professional or original source.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with security, scrape or overload systems, upload unlawful or malicious material, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual property, or use generated material to deceive employers, financial institutions or other users.
Accounts and security
If accounts are enabled, you are responsible for protecting your credentials and activity under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. We may restrict access needed to protect users, investigate abuse or comply with law.
Third-party services
Vinverses may link to or rely on third-party data, authentication, hosting or storage services. Their terms and availability are outside our control. A link or data attribution does not mean Vinverses endorses an investment, employer, retailer or third-party service.
Intellectual property
Vinverses software, branding, interface designs and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use exported resumes and calculator results for personal or business decision-making, but may not resell or copy the service itself without permission.
Availability and changes
Products may change, pause or discontinue during beta development. We may fix errors, alter limits or remove unsafe features. We aim to preserve user access and provide notice when a material change affects stored account data.
Disclaimers and liability
Services are provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Vinverses does not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free data, investment returns, hiring outcomes or fitness for a particular purpose. Liability is not excluded where applicable law does not allow exclusion.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use or repeated interference with the service. You may stop using the products at any time and request deletion of account data if account storage is enabled.
Governing law and updates
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protections. We may update them as products and legal requirements change. Continued use after an effective update means the revised terms apply.
